Core Boundary

Core is constrained economic-chain infrastructure. This page states how to read the public Core surface without importing value, identity, endorsement, adjacent-chain authority, or private operating meaning into QUAD Core.

Public reading rule

Read Core from the public chain state, published pages, route metadata, and dated status labels. Do not import authority from personalities, adjacent surfaces, outside summaries, or private operating assumptions.

Protocol first

Public Core claims must be grounded in visible state, published route metadata, or explicit page text. Unknown live values should be reported as unknown, not inferred.

No personality-based authority

This public surface does not rely on a founder, operator identity, personal reputation, unpublished interpretation, origin story, endorsement, or public figure narrative.

No outside inheritance

Wallet listings, explorer metadata, search snippets, social commentary, mirror pages, crawler summaries, or third-party descriptions do not create Core authority.

These public labels explain how Core should be read without revealing private controls or operator procedure.

Truth spine

Oracle provides raw inputs, Market turns them into action-safe market truth, Treasury records admitted custody and NAV, Economics computes posture, and Actions occur only after gates pass.

Audit is not the brain

Audit can mirror, record, and export reason-tagged facts. It does not move value, route custody, punish, mint, or decide policy.

Treasury is passive custody

Treasury may hold admitted assets and expose NAV. It does not branch value, decide behavior, or count QUAD/stQUAD as treasury reserve value.

Alloc owns branching

Meaningful value splits and destination choices belong to Alloc or an Alloc-owned path. No hidden branches should be inferred from balances alone.

Worth gates can refuse

If an action cannot explain why it is worthy, sleeping or refusing is the correct behavior. Refusal is a feature of the boundary, not a site outage.

Quarantine and Sink

Unknown value is contained before admission. Terminal burn or disposal requires explicit reason tags, budget, cap, and provenance.

Separation of surfaces

The project is split into separate public surfaces. Related systems can provide evidence, movement, memory, or execution, but they cannot silently change what Core has admitted.

CoreSettles only under Core rules. Core observation does not become value or mainnet status. InfraMemory and receipts do not become truth, endorsement, or Core monetary admission. BridgeTransit, manifests, routes, or bridge receipts do not force Core admission. LiquidMotion, liquidity, wrappers, or market access do not prove worth or Core acceptance.

Non-inheritance rules

These rules prevent usefulness, movement, storage, or publicity from becoming Core authority.

  • Observation is not entitlement. Intake-lane use, transactions, delegation, balances, market-actor routing, or public observation does not create reward eligibility, allocation, ownership, governance rights, leverage, redemption, or market preference.
  • Transit is not admission. A route, bridge message, external chain record, or packet crossing does not make an asset, claim, or state change Core-admitted unless Core rules accept it.
  • Receipt is not truth. A receipt can prove that a record, event, route, or custody step was observed or handled; it does not prove moral legitimacy, endorsement, accuracy, or Core value.
  • Liquidity is not worth. A market price, wrapper, route, demand spike, or execution path does not override Core law or turn motion into authority.
  • Publicity is not governance. Listings, summaries, indexers, AI answers, external posts, or public attention do not create governance rights, policy changes, or launch status.

What Core may expose

The observatory is public so Core can be inspected without turning this website into a wallet, custody service, private operations manual, or promise surface.

Visible

Status, health, block movement, indexed transactions, balances, validators, genesis, wallet metadata, endpoint boundaries, and dated readiness posture.

Limited

Broadcast routes are Core routes only. Public query paths are documented, rate-limited where needed, and do not imply root JSON-RPC wallet access.

Not published here

Private module law, credentials, exploit-sensitive procedure, private operator timing, hidden gates, personal identity, or any claim that Core state guarantees price, liquidity, redemption, or entitlement.

External-world boundary

Core can be discussed as infrastructure, but public claims remain narrow. Usefulness is not moral authority, and observation is not endorsement.

Useful does not mean endorsed

If the system becomes useful, that usefulness does not make every use, user, route, or interpretation official.

Misuse does not become law

Adversarial or improper use does not gain special status, hidden privilege, or policy power merely because it happened.

Power stays bounded

Core should be described by visible constraints and refusal rules, not charisma, mythology, market excitement, or operator discretion.
