Lookup boundary

This page classifies the public endpoint result. It does not connect a wallet, sign a transaction, or turn a receipt into economic truth.

Confirmed

A transaction result with code 0 means this Core action landed at the displayed height.

Refused

A nonzero code means the action was processed and refused by chain or SDK rules. Use the reason label before retrying.

Not found

receipt_not_found means the hash is not visible from the public endpoint now. It can be wrong, delayed, pruned, or outside the indexed surface.

Raw endpoint

The raw RPC response is preserved below for public verification. Private keys, seed phrases, and internal runbooks do not belong here.
